About Project

Narrative description of Project:

NOPWASD Water Authority intended to construct a complete new RO desalination system and utilities distribution system based on a turnkey contract for the El Arish city. Works for the water treatment with a capacity of 2 x 2.500 m³/d (5.000 m³/d), treating sea water, as specified in the Contract and which is reasonably required for the establishment on operable efficiency. The scope of the project was the basic-/ detailed engineering and supply of six skid mounted reverse osmosis system comprising: Well pumping station, Pre-disinfection dosing station, raw water storage tank, raw water
feed pumps, automatic sand filters incl. backwash pumping and air scour blower station, backwash tank, SBS-, Acid- and Antiscalant dosing stations, cartridge filters, high pressure pumping station incl. energy recovery system by Turbocharger, two skid mounted reverse osmosis desalination system incl. CIP and flushing system, pH adjustment dosing station, treated water tank incl. treated water pumping station, post-disinfection- and
re-mineralization dosing station, full set of measuring and control instruments, compressor station and service water pumping station, full set of laboratory equipment, electric LV panels, MCC, MCP, HMI/PLC incl. programming, erection, commissioning- and 2 years spares. to produce potable water.

Fields of Specialisation:

The Contractor had thoroughly to study the project, and also possess the necessary know-how technology,
capability, skills, competence, experience also for local civil partner and provide qualified specialists in the field
of potable water treatment for communities.
